Range of Services
Our services cover the whole range of your public relations, company or product communication, media relations, social media, and internal or crisis communication. We also cover corporate publishing tasks by creating customer brochures, employee magazines, newsletters and content development for your website. Furthermore, via intensive interviews and media training, we provide practical assistance for your personal appearance in the media.
Our public relations work is split into three phases:
- Start phase with systematic ramp-up process
- Press office function on a day-to-day basis
- Communication measures according to our 3-pillar concept.
During the start phase, we not only prepare you and our own staff, but also our media contacts, for the upcoming PR activities. This includes familiarising our consulting team with your products and themes, as well as communicating the launch of the PR activities to the public. In this way, it is possible to draw media attention to your enterprise at an early stage and include you in their planning. At the same time, we’ll evaluate your existing press material and review the relevant theme calendars in the target media.
As your external press office, we’ll relieve you of your day-to-day struggle for the public’s attention. In this role, we act as both the planners and executors of all your PR measures. In doing so, we keep track of prevailing trends and topical issues – within both the classic print and online media, as well as in forums, communities, and in social media channels – and place you and your company’s themes actively in the media. Being up to date is key, so we regularly review, update, and adapt our press distribution lists and the tailor-made PR materials. In addition, so that you know exactly what we are doing and how, we compile regular reports, evaluate our results, and enforce rigorous budgetary control.
Using the basic activities mentioned above, we then develop and implement a balanced mixture of direct and indirect PR activities based on the 3-pillar communication model which are geared to the demands of your industry market and the strategy of your company. This encompasses communication that is both indirect as well as direct, and focuses therefore not only on the media but also directly on the public or on people and groups in your company.
